Closing on Mondays
The dining room is dark. The staff are not “off the clock” in some romantic sense. They are off.
Monday is closed.
It is the only way the week works: two brunch services, four or five dinner services, and a day that is not a split shift. If you need a Monday table, we are the wrong restaurant — or you want a private buyout, which is a different conversation.
