Prairie Table is a neighbourhood restaurant in Lethbridge. The kitchen cooks modern Canadian food — seasonal produce, straightforward technique, plates meant to be eaten while they are hot.

The dining room is small on purpose. Dinner is Tuesday to Saturday. Brunch is the weekend. Monday is closed. If you want the whole room, that is a private event, not a walk-in.
